plan, assessors recognise that the review group’s recommendations accepted by the scottish government extend beyond the issues covered by this plan. the saa will work with stakeholders to bring about improvements to the rating system that these recommendations seek to achieve. 27 september 2017 shooting rights and deer forests rateable values available this week the land reform (scotland) act 2016 removed the exemption that had applied to shooting rights and deer forests from 1 april 2017. assessors undertook to ensure that the bulk of rateable values for shooting rights and deer forests were
